'Phantom' was written during a difcult period in my life. There were inner blockages holding me back from achieving my dreams, and in order to clear them I needed to spend some time looking inwardly without judgement. The techniques I used included visualisation of my dreams and goals, putting myself physically within the visualisations, observing and identifying any resistance that occurred and identifying associated memories, and being there for past versions of myself in these moments/memories. After practising these techniques for around 6 months, I started having big realisations about my past, my current situation and relationships. I realised I had been repeating old patterns that where holding me back from the things I wanted to experience. By going within and speaking to myself in my memories, I was able to reinterpret and reintegrate a truer version of myself. This started to manifest in new opportunities, new experiences and feelings. “Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.
